The Omega Is Pregnant

Tae-seo, a villain who tormented the main character in an Omega verse novel, suddenly finds himself reincarnated into that very antagonist role. He arrives just as he is about to administer a heat-inducing drug to the main character. The original story's protagonist thwarts his plan, and Tae-seo, trying to avoid a dead flag, casually drinks the inducer himself. Reincarnated as a Beta rather than an Omega, Tae-seo expects nothing extraordinary. But due to side effects, he manifests as an Omega and experiences a heat cycle. By chance, he ends up sharing a bed with Kang Se-heon, who happens to be the main character's cousin. The situation spirals as characters from the original story gravitate toward him in ways the plot never intended. Now Tae-seo must navigate a world where the script has gone rogue, his body has betrayed him, and the man who should be irrelevant is suddenly the most important person in his life. When Kang Se-heon tells him to choose him "even if it's for the sake of the child," the reincarnated villain discovers that the omegaverse novel he entered has rewritten itself around him.
