3. Eligibility

5.1 Credit System

The Service operates on a credit-based system:

  • Free Content: The first 3 chapters of each novel are available for free
  • Premium Content: Chapters beyond the first 3 require credits to unlock
  • Credit Cost: Each chapter costs 10 credits to unlock

5.2 Purchasing Credits

Credits can be purchased through the Service using the available payment methods. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

5.3 Credit Usage

  • Credits are non-transferable between accounts
  • Credits do not expire
  • Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or other monetary value
  • We reserve the right to modify the credit pricing with reasonable notice

5.4 Refund Policy

Credit purchases are generally non-refundable. However, we may issue refunds at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues that prevent access to purchased content
  • Unauthorized charges to your account
  • Other exceptional circumstances

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
