I could see her face slowly turning red, and for a brief moment, I wondered if I truly had that much of an effect on her. Ever since the day I met her, she had been like this, losing herself whenever her eyes lingered on me for too long. If I didn’t already know how feisty, stubborn, and troublesome she could be, I might have thought she had a harmless crush on me.
