Jane Sampson finally looked up at the delivery guy at the doorway bringing in the takeaway and let out a surprised, "Eh, has your shop changed staff? Are you new? I’ve never seen you before. Did your shop upgrade its delivery tools too? Is this a new version of express delivery? Can this carry-on bag keep things warm?"

Jane Sampson was so curious that she stepped out a bit further, bent over, and reached out to touch the delivery guy’s carry-on bag, chatting with him while asking, "It’s not easy for you guys, delivering these heavy things, battling through wind and rain. Especially in the summer days, it must be tough, right? Look, you’ve been sunburnt to a crisp. Does your boss give you a heat allowance in the summer?"
