The Receptionist’s face grew pale... about thirty minutes ago, a group of heavily injured adventurers came in and said that they were attacked by Armored Spiders from the upper floors that had come down to the third floors and not only those creatures but Minotaurs too.
The only way people had escaped was by using a Dungeon escape crystal which was to be crushed and sent directly to the outside of the portal.
