Chapter 73: The moon he would be forever bound
Rinnie kept muttering like a bird as he waltzed through the hallway. Apparently, Hugo’s quarters were far — too far from Alice as his sister’s room was in the west wing of the inner palace while Hugo’s was in the far east. When they finally reached the door of his chambers, Hugo paused for a moment as he gazed down.
The side of his lips curled up because she didn’t really sleep. Did she think he was joking when he said he wouldn’t let her sleep?
