They divided the kingdom in four directions.
Not arbitrarily — Nara’s Framework Memory had mapped the two hundred and fourteen cases by geographic cluster, suppression depth, facility type, and access complexity. The clusters fell naturally into four regions. North, south, east, west. Each region with its own concentration of cases, its own Church branch infrastructure, its own specific challenges.
