Just like Duke Murphy, Count Bailey was immediately shut off. Though he was not like the Duke pocketing all the money, he did pocket most of it, in fact, the money was enough to build two sanctuaries but because he took a huge chunk out of it, even the one sanctuary that was supposed to be built by now was left halfway since he didn’t want to fork out anymore sum of money for it.
