Chapter 23: 23 Back So Soon
October, having no maids or attendants, have to be the one to keep her apartment clean. She started early morning right after waking up. She also washed her clothes. There wasn’t much laundry to do for she rarely dress herself up or go out so it did not take her long to finish it.
October wiped her sweat on her face and neck while looking around her apartment. Suddenly, her eyes fell on the table at the corner. On top of it were a vase of dried up stems and leaves and petals that fell off. She then walked toward it and cleaned the table and threw the dried up flowers on the trash bin.
