The question echoed wildly in Rekha's ears over and over like the ringing of a tiny bell. She was not expecting Edward to ask her such a question, especially since he was the one that locked her memories away.
The thought of her past erased memories had been on her mind since the moment she had talked to old man Lee. Rekha had thought long and hard about what she wanted and decided that she would request Edward to unblock her memories because she wanted to know what had happened in the last moments of her parent's death.
She wanted to hear their last words, perhaps they had told her to do something or pass on a message and she had no idea.
