5:30am at the Saxon tower.
Those that were asleep were awoken by a shrilling sound of someone screaming. The sharp sound came from the garden to which security guards rushed, armed with guns, tasers and sticks to take on the intruder.
They were beaten to the scene by fierce dogs whose barking alarmed those that were in the tower even more. The Saxon tower had an emergency alarm that could be sent out in case of danger.
