I sat in front of my mirror as I styled my hair, my mind drifting back to York City. How I missed it. The days that followed after Raymond introduced me as his girlfriend had been exhausting, truly exhausting. The attention, the whispers, the endless scrutiny; it all weighed heavily on me.
