Someone was humming a haunting yet somehow soothing tune and Islinda moved slightly in her sleep. The voice was rich but the sadness in that melody made her heart ache, she wished she could make the sorrow go away. Such a beautiful voice deserves to sing a happier tune.
Islinda moaned in delight, rubbing her head against a warm body when long calloused free fingers ran through her hair, massaging her scalp. By the gods, this was the best feeling ever.
