After Blaze's big announcement, Maria asked to speak with the couple privately in the open lounge area of the mansion. She instructed Henry and Eugene to continue with their meal while she asked the maids to bring Amelia's dessert along with her.
"Blaze, make sure your wife is comfortable. I'll be back shortly." Maria beamed, as she hurried towards the stairs.
Acting the part of an impeccable gentleman, Blaze led Amelia into the opulent lounge area of the mansion. He ushered her to a seat that was directly opposite the magnificent floor-to-ceiling window, giving her an impressive view of the setting sun. He took her dessert and wine tray from the maids and asked them to leave as he set the tray before his wife.
