After Sarah left the beach cottage, Sebastian quickly changed into camouflaging attire and followed behind her from a distance. He watched keenly as she surveyed the island like an innocent child exploring his new tree house.
Sarah kept up with her pretence, humming sweetly to herself while taking note of different landmarks. She knew she had been followed by the obsessed maniac. So she kept to the visible path, making his work less tedious.
When she reached a secluded part of the island, where a breathtaking waterfall cascaded down in silver streams, she noticed something gleaming behind the veil of mist. It looked like a vessel partly hidden by the rushing water.
