A dark and eerie cloud of silence shrouded the entire hall for almost thirty seconds, broken only by the sound of skin slapping against each other and the erotic cries of the two intimate lovers deeply engrossed in each other's world.
Tina froze on stage, her eyes widened and her mouth hanging open in shock as she gawked at the projected screen. Her hands which were initially stretched out to receive her award fell limply by her side, tears of impending doom streaming down her eyes.
"This is not happening!" She echoed in her heart, her world suddenly tilting on its axis. Goosebumps appeared all over her trembling body, sending a cold shiver down her spine as she felt the piercing glares of everyone fixated on her.
