The airport was a little chaotic, filled with unseen faces hustling and bustling with their luggage to reach their destination. The sounds of people chatting, intercoms blaring, and suitcases rolling were enough to drown someone's misery. But none of these could be compared to the emotional sight of tearful family members saying their goodbyes to their traveling lovers, children or friends.
One of such endearing sight was between Judith and her only daughter, Sarah.
This wasn't the first time she had seen her daughter off to the airport or watched her board a plane. But something about today felt very weird. She almost cancelled the trip at the very last minute, if it hadn't been for her son's intervention.
