Conan immediately thought of the Serial Killer who had killed the Brown-Haired Woman in the Forest, and then thought that if it was that Thug, sneaking in to rummage through Things might be to find a Camera. After all, Sonoko had secretly taken many Photos of Couples, and maybe she had accidentally photographed something that got her targeted.
Sonoko had already developed the Photos, which were all Photos of Couples.
